We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

  • Return Eligibility:
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Time frame for Returns:
    • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
    • Returns requested after 7 days may be accepted at our discretion.
  • Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at care@xoxoed.com,  with your order number and the reason for the return.
    • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  • Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
    • We recommend using a track able shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
  • Refund Process:
    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
    • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
    • All For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return delivered, on your registered email address/contact number.
  • Exchanges:
    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items:
    • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Damaged in Transit:
    • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging for assessment.
